Just now I’ve found a very cool and handy feature in Outlook.
Sometimes when I’m writing, I find myself in a position where I use the same word two times in one sentence. In that case, I would want to replace on of them by a synonym and will go online to find one if I don’t know one right away or in order to get a list and choose the ‘best’ one.

Now how can you do this easily in Outlook?
Press the ALT key and left-click on a word in an email message… you notice that a screen appears on the right side of the screen with a lot of information about the word such as from the dictionary, verb/noun, synonyms and even an option to use the online translator Smile Is that neat or what?! Open-mouthed smile
